Liberty City has performed on stages all throughout Illinois. The band's highlight for the summer of '98 was playing at The Chicago Blues Festival. They also have had the honor to open for Alligator Records recording artist Koko Taylor at Walter Payton's Roundhouse where they were also the house band this past summer. Liberty City has played at festivals throughout Illinois including St. Charles Pride of the Fox as well as Geneva's Swedish Days and Batavia's Fourth of July Celebration. Their most recent accomplishment was opening for Howard and the White boys at Buddy Guy's Legends in Chicago. Since then the groups have developed a friendship and played at other venues.
